Adolescent Socials — CANCELLED!
We have decided to cancel Adolescent Socials due to low attendance. Try a training class instead!
Adolescent Socials/playgroups: A safe, fun and well-supervised environment to allow your teenage pup to let out all that adolescent energy! Please read below for more information.

| In order to attend an adolescent social you MUST: | Please Call and/or email the Rex Center first to pre-register BEFORE attending your first social. 1. Be current on Rabies, Distemper and Bordatella (kennel cough) vaccinations and bring proof to first visit if pre-approved to attend. 2. MUST have attended a positive-reinforcement puppy class and/or MUST have attended 3 or more positive-reinforcement socials 3. Have a referral from a positive-reinforcement trainer |

Sign up for daytime Dogwalk Play Groups - offleash group dog walks for Pacifica, or Southwest San Francisco (Sunset, Richmond, Noe, Forest Hills)

If we do not know your dog, we ask that you fill out the questions below and then must be pre-approved in order to attend. This is for the safety of the people and dogs attending the socials.
These are only preliminary questions – must be pre-approved BEFORE ATTENDING ANY SOCIALS! THANK YOU!
- Your name (first and last) and phone/cell/email
- Dog’s name, age, breed, sex, neutered/spayed?
- Is your dog current on Rabies, Distemper and Bordatella? When is their next vaccination due?
- Puppy/training classes attended? Where and when did you graduate?
- Have you and your dog ever attended any puppy socials/playgroups? If so, where, when and how many sessions?
- If being referred by trainer/instructor: their first and last name and name of business
- Has your dog played off leash with other dogs? Is your dog possessive of toys, treats, etc.. in presence of other dogs and/or people?
- Is your dog friendly with both people and other dogs?
- Has your dog ever growled, snapped or bitten another person or animal? Gotten into fights with other dogs? Have they ever done any damage? If so, please describe in detail the context and amount and type of damage
- Does your dog enjoy playing with other dogs?
The Puppy Director will review your completed registration form and get back to you as soon as possible to let you know if your application has been approved. Thank you!
