Flower essences are sustainable, economical, and powerful medicines that work with the energy or essence of a plant. They have been used for all time by many traditions to help heal and transform emotional, spiritual, and physical imbalances and patterns. They are the original folk remedy- accessible and self-determined.

In this class, we will work with our intuitions to communicate with the plants, learn about remedies for common issues, and learn how to use and make essences.
